4. Payment Terms and Trading Fees

For every successful trade, VoltaCX charges a 1% escrow service fee from the seller. This fee is only charged if the sale is successfully completed. Additionally, all applicable network fees are to be borne by the users.

5. Privacy Policy

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software displayed on the VoltaCX platform, is protected by copyright. The use of this content for commercial purposes without prior permission from VoltaCX is prohibited.

8. Disputes and Conflict Resolution

In the event of disputes between users, these users may seek support from VoltaCX. We will review disputes to the best of our ability and attempt to find a fair resolution. If no agreement is reached, the final decision will rest with VoltaCX.

VoltaCX is subject to the laws of the Republic of Ghana. In accordance with these legal requirements, we are obligated to respond to official inquiries from law enforcement authorities.
